Marjolein completed the Dutch Bar Exam and worked several years as a lawyer at a Dutch leading law firm before she started working in the corporate service sector in 2010. Before co-founding AVEGA Netherlands, she held several legal positions including a position as Business Unit Manager (Legal).
Marjolein holds a Master of Laws degree (L.LM.) from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and holds a Bachelor of Business administration degree (BBA) from HES Amsterdam. She is fluent in Dutch, Danish and English.

Ruud held various positions in the financial sector in the Netherlands as well as in Belgium including the position of Operational Director for two different financial institutions and Financial Director of a bank. As Operational Director and Financial Director he was also member of the board of directors of those financial institutions. Prior to joining AVEGA Netherlands, he started working in the corporate service providers sector in 2007 lately as Business Unit Manager (Finance).

Ruud holds a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy. He is fluent in Dutch and English.

Karin has been working at Avega since December 2017, prior to which she has worked as a financial account manager at Intertrust. She has gained experience in accounting-, treasury- and fund administration services for private equity firms and other investment structures. Karin has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, and a Master’s degree in Finance. She is fluent in Dutch and English.
